Your responsibility to verify

Immigration requirements change frequently. No liability for application outcomes

Visaly.ai is currently in beta. The service is provided "as-is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Acceptable use

You may use Visaly.ai only for lawful personal immigration purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to assist fraudulent immigration applications
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the application checklists commercially
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service

Intellectual property

The Visaly.ai name, logo, and original content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. The underlying immigration requirement information is derived from publicly available IRCC sources.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
